To use the cami for nursing - the straps have quick slide, one-handed adjusters on the the front of the strap allowing you to loosen to pull down to directly breastfeed. If that's not your thing, you can also lift the top layer to breastfeed through the pumping bra,

to use the cami for pumping - loosen the straps and pop in your hands-free pump or milk collector. For a more traditional pump, the top layer lifts up to a built in pump liner with overlapped flange slits. Once attached, pull down the top layer while pumping to support flanges. Fits all styles of pumping flanges, wearable breast pumps and milk catchers

Body: 78% Polyester, 22% Spandex Lining: 90% Nylon 10% Spandex. Machine washable in garment bag. Lay flat or hang dry, do not tumble dry.
